# Terms of Service for "The Crown" Discord Bot

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By using "The Crown" Discord Bot (hereinafter referred to as "the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Bot; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Bot by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content; and (v) any other matter relating to the Bot.

## 10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Bot's owner is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
